About

Starvest is a trading and consulting company based in Hong Kong. We advise on real estate development, construction and property operation, and we source and supply construction and building materials through an international network of suppliers. We work as an intermediary, not a manufacturer or stockholder. This keeps our structure lean and our advice independent.

How we work

Our approach makes complex real estate and construction projects clearer, more structured and easier to move forward. We start by understanding the project, its goals, constraints, timeline and commercial priorities.

Each engagement is assessed from market, technical, commercial and supply perspectives. This helps us compare the available options and identify the most practical route aligned with the client's objectives.

We then provide clear recommendations, outlining key risks and alternatives. Where needed, we also coordinate suppliers, contractors and other counterparties to keep the agreed direction moving forward.

  1. 01

Understand the project, define key constraints and align on priorities and desired outcomes

  2. 02

Analyse the market, commercial, technical and supply options to identify the best path forward

  3. 03

Provide a clear recommendation, highlighting the key risks, trade-offs and alternatives

  4. 04

Coordinate suppliers, contractors and counterparties to keep delivery aligned with the plan
